Easter is one of our favourite moments of the year at Wild Honey. It’s a season that invites us to gather around the table, share comforting dishes, and celebrate the simple pleasures of good food and good company.

This year, we welcome Easter with a limited-time menu inspired by classic recipes and the joyful flavours of the season — dishes that feel both indulgent and nostalgic, created to be enjoyed slowly with family and friends.

Begin your Easter brunch with a delightful little bite of our Gougères, dressed for the season with hot smoked salmon, delicate pearls of salmon roe, crème fraîche and a touch of caviar. Light, savoury and comforting, they are the perfect way to ease into a long, leisurely meal.

Returning once again this year is the much-loved Madison Avenue Rösti — golden and crisp potato topped with smoked salmon, a perfectly poached egg and black Avruga caviar. It’s a dish many of our guests look forward to each Easter, simple yet deeply satisfying.

By popular demand, we are also bringing back our beautiful Chesapeake Crab Cake Benedict, where generous jumbo lump crab cakes take centre stage. Finished with citrus hollandaise and a touch of Avruga caviar, it’s a dish that feels wonderfully indulgent while still light and fresh.

Each dish has been thoughtfully created to capture the warmth and abundance of the season, whether you’re gathering with family for a joyful Easter brunch or enjoying a quiet moment over coffee and conversation.

Our Easter menu will be available from 26 March to 6 April, and as this is always a special time of year at Wild Honey, we recommend booking your table early to avoid missing out. We look forward to welcoming you to celebrate the season with us.However you choose to spend it, we hope your Easter at Wild Honey will be filled with warmth, good food and beautiful memories around the table.

Where Vegetables Take Centre StageWhat's newAbbeygayle AllanTue, 20 Jan 2026 01:30:00 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/where-vegetables-take-centre-stage606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:695ca1621410b6265466d7f7Vegetarian food at Wild Honey has never been an afterthought.

It’s woven into the menu in a way that feels natural, comforting, and complete. Dishes designed to satisfy not just because they’re meat-free, but because they’re thoughtfully made. Plates where vegetables lead with confidence, texture, and warmth.

Some of our most loved vegetarian dishes are inspired by global comforts. The Californian is light yet grounding, where soft scrambled eggs are folded through silky tofu, zucchini, bell peppers, baby spinach, and mushrooms, gently lifted with sriracha and fresh herbs. Served with grilled sourdough, it’s nourishing without feeling heavy, fresh yet deeply satisfying.

Flinders Lane offers a heartier kind of comfort. Crisp mallawach filo forms the base for layers of creamy labne, ripe avocado, grilled asparagus, and softly poached eggs, finished with tomato, sesame seed and nut dukkah, harissa, and tomato kasundi. A dish full of texture and warmth, designed for lingering.

Then there are flavours that feel bold yet homely. The Turkish brings together poached eggs baked with garlicky yoghurt and baby spinach, finished with paprika oil and ajvar for gentle heat and depth. Served with a chopped salad and simit bagel, it’s aromatic, comforting, and quietly indulgent.

Set within our welcoming spaces, these dishes reflect how we see food. Inclusive, nourishing, and deeply personal. Because eating well isn’t about labels. It’s about choosing what feels right in the moment.

And sometimes, that choice is simply letting vegetables shine.

A New Chicken Favourite at Wild HoneyWhat's newAbbeygayle AllanTue, 13 Jan 2026 00:30:00 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/a-new-chicken-favourite-at-wild-honey606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:695c80b3b872d95a6943314f

Some dishes feel instantly familiar, yet quietly surprising. The new Chicken Chop Chop is one of them.

At first glance, it’s fresh and vibrant. Beneath that, it’s deeply satisfying. A bowl that brings together comfort, texture, and flavour in every bite. Built around tender, marinated chicken breast, this is a dish designed to nourish without feeling heavy, and to excite without overwhelming.

Crisp napa cabbage forms the base, light and refreshing, allowing each ingredient to shine. Sweet notes come through from Asian pear, mango, and pineapple. Juicy, bright, and naturally refreshing, they add lift and balance, cutting through richness and keeping the dish feeling clean and energising.

Then come the layers that ground it. Spicy cashews add warmth and depth, while fried wanton strips bring an irresistible crunch that makes each mouthful feel complete. Everything is brought together with a gentle curry mayo, creamy, fragrant, and just enough to tie the flavours together without taking centre stage.

What we love most about Chicken Chop Chop is how it feels after you’ve finished it. It’s packed with protein, satisfying yet light, and leaves you feeling fuelled rather than weighed down. The kind of dish that works just as well for a long lunch as it does for a nourishing brunch moment.

Comforting, colourful, and thoughtfully balanced, it’s a reminder that eating well can still feel indulgent, and that simple ingredients, when treated with care, can create something quietly special.

Why Breakfast Is the Best Meal of the Day and How We Bring It to Life at Wild HoneyNewsAbbeygayle AllanMon, 05 Jan 2026 03:11:11 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/why-breakfast-is-the-best-meal-of-the-day-and-how-we-bring-it-to-life-at-wild-honey606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:6937d3919ebc950acf2e810e

At Wild Honey, we have always believed that breakfast is more than a meal. It is a moment. A small pause in a busy day. A gentle ritual. A reminder that comfort, nourishment and joy can be found in the simplest combinations of flavours and ingredients.

For the past 16 years, breakfast has been at the heart of everything we do. It is where our story began, and it continues to shape the way we cook, create and welcome guests into our home on Orchard Road. But why does breakfast hold such a special place in people’s hearts? And how do we bring that feeling to life all day, every day?

A Universal Language of Comfort

Breakfast is the one meal that feels universally comforting. No matter where we come from, each of us has a breakfast memory. Something warm, familiar or nostalgic. It might be soft eggs on buttery toast, pancakes soaked in maple syrup or the earthy aroma of coffee drifting through the morning.

At Wild Honey, these memories inspire our menu. Each dish is guided by flavours from around the world, from the bold spice of the Tunisian to the comforting richness of the English or the delicate sweetness of the European. Every plate tells a story and every story brings someone a little closer to home.

The Freedom of Brunch Anytime

Breakfast feels wonderful not just because of what we eat, but when we eat it. Late mornings, slow afternoons or early evenings, the beauty of brunch is that it does not follow a schedule. It lets you savour your favourite things whenever your day allows.

That is why we have served all-day breakfast since the beginning. Whether you are craving a full plate of eggs at 4pm or waking up early for a quiet moment over coffee, our doors open to your rhythm (Bright and early at 9am daily including Mondays!).

Ingredients That Matter

Behind every breakfast is a belief in keeping things honest and delicious. Our dishes are made with ingredients we truly care about. Fresh vegetables, quality proteins, fruit compotes simmered in-house, granola baked in our kitchen and sauces crafted with intention.

These details matter, not because they are complicated, but because they are real. It is the kind of food that tastes good and feels good. A balance of comfort, nourishment and a little indulgence.

Coffee and Matcha, The Heartbeat of Breakfast

Of course, breakfast would not be complete without a beautiful cup in hand. Whether it is a freshly pulled espresso, a smooth latte or our ceremonial grade matcha whisked to perfection, drinks at Wild Honey are crafted with care by a team who love the ritual of a perfect morning brew.

A Place Where Everyone Feels at Home

What truly makes breakfast special is the togetherness it creates. Families gathering for weekend brunch, friends catching up over long lunches or solo diners finding a quiet moment with a warm plate and a good book. Wild Honey was built for these moments. A place where people feel welcomed, understood and at home.

Breakfast may be the first meal of the day, but at Wild Honey it is also a celebration of comfort, connection and the joy of eating well. No matter the time, no matter the season, there is always a beautiful breakfast waiting for you in the heart of Orchard Road.

A Sparkling Start: The Rose French ’75

Light, elegant, and irresistibly festive, our Rose French ’75 is a beautiful way to toast the season. This refined holiday cocktail blends gin, prosecco, and lemon syrup, creating a bright, refreshing sip with just the right whisper of citrus. Perfect for elevating brunch or adding a celebratory touch to any meal, it is the kind of drink that makes every moment feel a little more special.

Cosy Comfort in a Cup: The Eggnog Latte

Few things say “Christmas” quite like eggnog, and ours is made entirely in-house, crafted with care to capture that nostalgic, creamy warmth.

Our Eggnog Latte blends this velvety eggnog with freshly brewed espresso, creating a rich and comforting cup that is gently spiced, smooth, and wonderfully indulgent. It is the perfect companion for a lingering brunch, a catch-up with loved ones, or a quiet moment to savour the season.

A Sparkling & Glittering Christmas at Wild HoneyWhat's newNewsAbbeygayle AllanFri, 28 Nov 2025 15:45:38 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/a-sparkling-amp-glittering-christmas-at-wild-honey606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:6929bf3c314e561ad6c471bcThere’s something about Christmas at Wild Honey that feels especially close to the heart. Maybe it’s the soft twinkle of lights, the sparkle of gold dusted across our menus, or simply the joy that fills the room when friends and families gather around a table made warm with food. Each year, our festive menu is a love letter to the flavours we cherish most — comforting, nostalgic, and just indulgent enough to make the season feel truly special.

This year’s Sparkling & Glittering Christmas Menu brings together everything we adore about holiday dining: rich spices, house-baked classics, slow-crafted sauces, and sweet touches that remind us of long-held traditions. Here’s a closer look at what’s cooking in our Christmas kitchen.

The season begins with clinking glasses and bright, celebratory sips. The Rose French, a blend of gin, Ruffino Prosecco, and lemon sets the tone with something sparkling, refreshing, and wonderfully crisp. For something a little more playful, the White Christmas Sangria Spritz layers Christmas spice syrup with brandy, Prosecco, and sparkling water - light, aromatic, and reminiscent of cosy winter markets.

Even our Wild Mary gets dressed for the holidays, garnished with a Christmassy maple bacon that brings a warm, smoky sweetness to every sip.
Before the mains arrive, the table begins to fill with small, joyful bites, the kind that spark conversation and smiles. Mini Eggnog Doughnuts, filled with eggnog cream and strawberry jam and rolled in cinnamon sugar, taste like childhood memories made grown-up. Gougeres appear warm and delicate, with smoked trout, crème fraîche, and a shimmering spoon of black caviar — a little festive luxury in just one bite. For something wholesome yet elegant, the Christmas Granola brings together whipped maple yoghurt, fig compote, brûléed figs, and seasonal fruit, a bowl of comfort designed to slow down the morning.

Every table needs a centrepiece, and this year it’s the Big Chrissie. House-baked leg ham, pork and truffle sausage, bacon-wrapped turkey with chestnut stuffing, maple Brussels sprouts, sweet potato hash, heirloom carrots, and cranberry sauce - all the Christmas favourites on one heartwarming plate. Add eggs your way for a true Wild Honey brunch moment.

For something extra special, the Champagne Benedict brings festive luxury to the table. Poached eggs on truffle brioche, layered with house-baked ham and finished with Champagne hollandaise and black caviar, a sparkling brunch made for celebrating.

The Sugar & Spice Christmas French Toast is pure indulgence. Spiced brioche soaked in Judith’s brandy sauce, vanilla custard, caramelised figs, redcurrants, and a crackle of toffee — dessert for breakfast, or breakfast as dessert.

No festive meal is complete without something sweet, and this year’s desserts are comforting, nostalgic, and full of holiday cheer.

The Redcurrant Ripple Pavlova is light and bright, with crisp meringue, raspberry mascarpone, and vibrant berries. The Holiday Blintzes bring soft baked crepes filled with ricotta and cream cheese, topped with forest berry sauce — cosy and perfect for lingering. And of course, our homemade gingerbread: buttery, spiced, and timeless.

Our festive drinks are all about comfort. The Eggnog Latte blends warm eggnog with espresso for a creamy, spiced treat. The Eggnog Matcha offers a soothing twist, while the Spiced Cold Brew adds a hint of cinnamon for a cooler option. If you're celebrating, our Free Flow Prosecco or sommelier-selected wines at $60++ bring a sparkling touch to the occasion.

Wild Honey is open throughout Christmas and New Year’s Day, with our restaurants glowing with festive warmth and holiday magic. Whether you’re joining us for a cosy brunch or a joyful gathering, we’d love to welcome you.

✨ From our Wild Honey family to yours, may your season be sparkling, glittering, and filled with good food and great company.

Reservations are highly recommended. We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Labne - A Creamy and Tangy Spread Easily Made at Home.NewsAbbeygayle AllanThu, 04 Sep 2025 02:31:16 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/labne-a-creamy-and-tangy-spread-easily-made-at-home606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:68b8f67037646e30fa3058e0

Labne on Flinder’s Lane with a sprinkle of dukkah.

If you’re a fan of creamy, tangy spreads, then you’re going to fall in love with labne (also spelled labneh). This thick, strained yogurt cheese is a staple across the Middle East, often compared to cream cheese or Greek yogurt — but with a unique flavor that’s lighter, fresher, and irresistibly versatile.

At Wild Honey Singapore, labne takes center stage in some of our most beloved vegetarian dishes, including the Moroccan and Flinders Lane and our Mezze plate. But here’s the best part: you can also make labne easily at home with just one ingredient.

Making labne at home is surprisingly simple. All you need is Greek yogurt.

Greek Yogurt vs. Greek-Style Yogurt

  • Greek Yogurt: Traditionally strained yogurt. It’s naturally thick and creamy because much of the liquid whey is removed. No thickeners are needed — just pure yogurt.

  • Greek-Style Yogurt: Often made by adding milk solids, cream, or stabilisers to regular yogurt to imitate the thickness of Greek yogurt. It isn’t always strained, so the texture and flavour can be less authentic.

Why Choose Full-Fat Greek Yogurt for Labne?

  • Creaminess: Full-fat yogurt creates a luxuriously smooth and rich labne — exactly what you want for spreading or dipping.

  • Better Drainage: Fat content helps the yogurt strain evenly, giving you a firmer texture without becoming dry or chalky.

  • Authentic Taste: Full-fat yogurt delivers the right balance of tangy and mellow flavours, closest to the traditional Middle Eastern labneh.

In short: low-fat yogurt makes a thinner, less creamy spread, while full-fat Greek yogurt gives you that perfect, luscious labne.

When making labne, always go for real Greek yogurt for the best results.

Step 1: Start with 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt.
Step 2: Line a bowl with a clean cheesecloth or muslin, then spoon in the yogurt.
Step 3: Gather the edges of the cloth, tie it up, and place it over a bowl or colander to drain.
Step 4: Refrigerate for 12–24 hours, depending on how thick and creamy you like it.
Step 5: Scoop it into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy!

This batch will keep for a week so you can easily make it whenever craving sets in. You’ll have homemade labne that’s perfect for spreading on bread, dipping fresh vegetables, or serving as a cooling side to spicy dishes.

Bright, Tangy & Irresistible. Try Our Small-Batch Lemon Curd Recipe

At Wild Honey, we believe in little luxuries that make breakfast special, like a spoonful of sunshine in the form of homemade lemon curd. Whether slathered on warm toast, dolloped onto pancakes, or folded into yoghurt, this golden delight adds just the right zing to your morning. And the best part? It’s surprisingly easy to make at home!

Here’s our go-to recipe for a luscious, velvety lemon curd that’s balanced with bright citrus and just the right touch of sweetness.

Makes 80 grams

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 35g extra fine sugar (adjust to taste - more for a sweeter curd, less if you love a tart bite)

  • 40g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 30–35ml)

Watch recipe video here.

Method:

  1. Whisk
In a small heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.

  2. Gently Cook
Place the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water (double boiler style). Whisk continuously until the mixture begins to thicken. This usually takes 6 to 8 minutes. Don’t rush, low and slow is key to avoid scrambling the eggs.

  3. Add Butter & Stir
Once thickened and smooth, remove from heat and immediately stir in the butter cubes until fully melted and silky.

  4. Strain (Optional)
For extra smooth curd, strain through a fine mesh sieve into a clean jar or bowl.

  5. Chill & Enjoy
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate. It will thicken further as it chills. Keeps well for up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!).

Ideas for Serving:

  • Swirled through Greek yoghurt and topped with toasted granola

  • Spread onto warm croissants or scones

  • Layered into mini breakfast parfaits with berries and cream

  • Spooned onto pancakes or waffles for a citrusy upgrade

This is the kind of homemade touch that transforms a good breakfast into something truly unforgettable. Just the way we like it.

Meet your new brunch crush - Chilaquiles! What's newSpecialsAbbeygayle AllanFri, 01 Aug 2025 03:22:27 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/meet-your-new-brunch-crush-chilaquiles606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:688c24aed418f671da90c88d

Chilaquiles has just joined the Wild Honey brunch lineup, and it’s stealing hearts (and appetites) fast.

At its core, this beloved Mexican dish is all about comfort and flavour. We start with crispy corn tortillas, sautéed in a rich tomato sauce spiced with garlic, cayenne and dried chillies; smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of heat. Choose your eggs just the way you like them, soft scrambled or perfectly fried then dig into a colourful medley of creamy avocado, tart sour cream, punchy red onion, and a handful of hearty black beans.

Crumbled feta adds a salty bite, while fresh cilantro and pickled jalapeños brighten every mouthful.

Want to turn up the heat? Add a dash of Green or Red Tabasco (or both) and take your brunch to the next level.

Fiery, fresh, and full of flavour, this is not your average eggs-on-toast. Chilaquiles is here for a limited time only, so come get a taste while it lasts.

Our Breakfast Favourite at Home — The Everyday Overnight Oats We Can't Stop MakingWhat's newNewsAbbeygayle AllanFri, 20 Jun 2025 07:49:32 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/our-breakfast-favourite-at-home-the-everyday-overnight-oats-we-cant-stop-making606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:68551189b9d70c656a0d427b

If mornings are a little hectic in your home (they sure are in ours), having a nourishing, no-fuss breakfast ready to go can be a game-changer. Lately, our go-to has been this wholesome overnight oats recipe, it’s comforting, satisfying, and packed with goodness to keep us going all day.

Here’s how we make it:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk of choice (we love almond or oat)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • A spoonful of raw honey or pure maple syrup (your call)

  • A small handful of roasted almonds & sunflower seeds for crunch

  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseed (a fibre and omega-3 boost!)

  • A handful of fresh blueberries

  • A generous dollop of plain yoghurt

  • And here’s the secret touch: grated apple at the base for natural sweetness and texture

How to Make It:

  1. Start by grating a small apple and layering it at the bottom of your jar or bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, and flaxseed. Stir well.

  3. Pour this mixture over the grated apple.

  4. In the morning, top it off with yoghurt, blueberries, and a scatter of roasted nuts and seeds.

  5. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

This breakfast isn’t just easy, it’s deeply satisfying, fruity, and a little sweet. The layers make every bite a little different, and it’s endlessly adaptable depending on the season or what’s in your pantry.

It’s the kind of simple ritual we look forward to at home as a family, and we hope you will too. Here’s to slower mornings, even on the busiest days.

The Delicious Power of HummusAbbeygayle AllanTue, 13 May 2025 04:08:58 +0000https://www.wildhoney.com.sg/news/the-delicious-power-of-hummus606ac2fd3a2a3245a5fb4087:606ae0f100e3e07f206a51e2:6822c2b83a0e6d1249ca496f

If you’ve ever dipped a carrot stick or pita chip into a bowl of creamy, flavorful hummus, you already know just how satisfying this Middle Eastern spread can be. But did you know that hummus is also a nutritional powerhouse?

Made primarily from chickpeas, tahini (ground sesame seeds), olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, hummus is a delicious healthy snack that’s also perfect for vegans.

Here are 5 benefits and all the more reason to have this in your kitchen!

1. Packed with Plant-Based Protein
Thanks to its main ingredient—chickpeas—hummus is a great source of plant-based protein. A few tablespoons can help keep you full and energized, making it perfect for vegetarians and anyone looking to cut back on meat.

2. Rich in Fiber for Digestive Health
Chickpeas are naturally high in fiber, which helps support digestion, promotes regularity, and even contributes to a healthier gut microbiome.

3. Supports Heart Health
Hummus includes heart-healthy fats from olive oil and tahini. These unsaturated fats can help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase good cholesterol (HDL), contributing to overall cardiovascular health.

4. Naturally Anti-Inflammatory
Garlic, olive oil, and sesame seeds all contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which may help reduce inflammation in the body and lower the risk of chronic disease.

5. Helps Control Blood Sugar
The combination of complex carbs, fiber, and healthy fat in hummus slows digestion, which can prevent spikes in blood sugar. It’s a smart option for people managing insulin sensitivity or looking for balanced snacks.
